1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nawab88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the nawab88 website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the nawab88 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. nawab88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Any discrepancy between an English-language version and a translated version shall be resolved in favour of the English text.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any component thereof.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on nawab88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of nawab88 or any of its affiliated entities or partner companies.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are of sound mind and capable of taking full legal and financial responsibility for your actions on the platform.

Age Verification

nawab88 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any stage, including at the point of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or upon reasonable suspicion of underage use. Documents accepted for age verification include a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending resolution.

3 Account Registration & Security

KYC Verification

Account Information Updates

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be submitted to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. nawab88 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the payment method, KYC status, and any applicable verification checks.

• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 24 hours of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2-5 business days depending on the receiving institution.

nawab88 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity. We will communicate any such requirements clearly to the player.

Currency

The primary currency of the nawab88 platform is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are displayed in BDT unless otherwise specified. If you deposit using an instrument that operates in a different currency, conversion rates applied at the time of the transaction will apply, and nawab88 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded under any nawab88 promotion are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Bonus Eligibility

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit promotional offers through coordinated betting strategies, arbitrage, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method deemed by nawab88 to constitute abuse of the bonus system will result in immediate cancellation of all pending bonuses and may result in permanent account closure. nawab88's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

nawab88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated as promptly as practicable.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on nawab88 are subject to the general rules set out in these Terms as well as any specific rules applicable to the individual game or sports betting market. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with all relevant rules before participating.

Sports Betting

nawab88's sports betting product covers cricket (including Bangladesh Tigers, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. nawab88 does not accept bet cancellations once a bet slip has been submitted and confirmed.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, nawab88 will settle bets in accordance with the published rules for the relevant market, which typically provide for a void and stake return in cases of event cancellation before a valid result is reached.
• nawab88 reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time, including after a bet has been placed but before it has been confirmed, if there is reasonable suspicion of match fixing, data feed error, or other integrity concern.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and are subject to change.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your account balance upon settlement of the relevant event market.

Casino & Live Casino Games

Casino games available on nawab88 — including slots, live baccarat, Mini Baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, andar bahar, and specialty titles — are governed by the rules of the individual games as defined by their respective software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). nawab88 is not responsible for temporary unavailability of any game due to maintenance, technical faults, or actions of the game provider. Errors & Technical Faults

In the event that a game, odds display, or payout calculation is affected by a technical fault, software error, or data feed error, nawab88 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the stake to the player's account. nawab88 is not obligated to honour payouts that result from a manifest error, regardless of whether funds have been temporarily credited to your account.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nawab88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulently obtained payment instruments.
• Money laundering: Using the nawab88 platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account for the purpose of gaining unfair advantage or circumventing account restrictions.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or play games on nawab88 without explicit written authorisation.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the nawab88 platform or any of its game software for financial gain.
• Chargebacks: Initiating illegitimate chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank, payment provider, or card issuer for genuine nawab88 transactions. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through all available legal channels.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language at nawab88 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• VPN and location spoofing: Using VPN services, proxies, or other technology to misrepresent your geographic location for the purpose of accessing nawab88 from a prohibited jurisdiction or to circumvent account restrictions.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

nawab88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or age verification requirements within a specified timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Court order or instruction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Extended account inactivity in accordance with our dormant account policy.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your nawab88 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@nawab88. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal manner. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they may have a problem with gambling are encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility available at nawab88. Self-exclusion may be requested for a defined cooling-off period (such as 30, 60, or 90 days) or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests are applied immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. nawab88 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied, giving them the opportunity to reactivate their account. Once an account balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the account will be closed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nawab88 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. nawab88's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.
